Job Summary:

Marsing & Co-Africa is seeking Remote IT Service Desk Coordinators to provide full stack support to offices, work from home users, and their devices and applications.

The role involves prioritizing customer service and efficient incident responses, empathizing with users, and ensuring service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in people management/coordination, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, a customer-focused attitude, and a detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full stack support to offices, work from home users, and their devices and applications.
• Prioritize great customer service and efficient incident responses.
• Empathize with users and set expectations for the service.
• Supervise service delivery with a detail and process-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Experience in people management/coordination is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused attitude towards work and service delivery.
• Detail and process-oriented approach to supervising service delivery.
• Tech industry experience is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to R19,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Kimberley, Northern Cape before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Diploma is preferred.
